🌿 RETURN & REFUND POLICY — JOE AQUA PARADISE

At Joe Aqua Paradise, every plant and aquatic item is handpicked, packed with care, and shipped fresh from our tanks.

Since we deal with live plants and delicate aquatic materials, we do not accept returns.
However, we offer a 100% refund under the conditions mentioned below.


💧 REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We provide a refund only if the product is damaged during transit or arrives in unsatisfactory condition.

To qualify for a refund, the customer must:
• Record a full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
• Ensure the video clearly shows product condition and shipping label
• Share the unboxing video on WhatsApp within 4Hours of delivery
• Provide order number and issue details along with the video

Our team will review the footage, and if approved, the refund will be processed.


🌱 REFUND DETAILS

100% refund of product value (if approved)
Courier/shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / Card)
• Processing time: 2–5 business days after approval


🚫 NO RETURN POLICY

Due to the live and perishable nature of our products, returns and replacements are not accepted.

No returns for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong plant choice or size
• Personal preference

If the plant is healthy and delivered as described, it cannot be returned.


🕐 TIME WINDOW FOR CLAIM

• Refund request must be raised within 4 hours of unboxing
• Requests made after this timeline will not be eligible

(Plants can change condition after delivery — timely reporting is required.)


⚠️ NOT COVERED FOR REFUND

Refund will not be provided if:
• No unboxing video is shared
• Video is edited, unclear, or incomplete
• Issue is reported after 4 Hours of delivery
• Parcel is refused by customer
• Parcel is not picked up by customer
• Wrong delivery address or Mobile Number provided
• Courier delay / courier unable to deliver / courier-related loss
• Product is healthy but doesn’t meet personal expectation
(size, color, variation in growth)
